INVADER V3 series Warranty Information :
The Invader™ V3 series rudimental practice pads are warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) solid year from the date of purchase. In the event of any such defect, Offworld™ recommends immediate contact with us be made via our email address : sales@offworldpercussion.com to facilitate a full description of the issue, and collection related data to ascertain the root cause. If a potential return of the Invader™ to Offworld™ is found to be in order, the unit must be shipped prepaid along enclosed with complete proof of purchase (original order information) to the address below. :

Shipping : You may use the shipper of your choice, however we highly recommend that you obtain both insurance and a return tracking number in the event of damage or loss in transit. Offworld™ is not responsible for uninsured, damaged, or undelivered packages.
Once received, your Invader™ will be thoroughly analyzed by our staff and engineers, and a final determination will be made as to whether the issue is the result of an error during fundamental production of the unit. If this is indeed determined to be the case, the unit will then be immediately repaired or replaced outright at our discretion and expense.
Any defect determined to have been caused by the rigors of misuse, accident, tampering with or negligence of the user (example : see “Are the Invaders waterproof?” on our F.A.Q. page here), it will not be covered by this warranty.
